Guidelines for Submission

  • Each chapter and/or individual is requested to consolidate all nominee applications in one electronic submission package that includes one copy of the 2010 Awards Cover Sheet.
  • Each chapter and/or individual should submit the submission package electronically to convention@gammaalphaomega.com.
  • Each nomination should be uploaded and attached as one (1) PDF file.  You may convert your files to PDF form for free with one of many online converters, such as www.pdfonline.com.
  • There is no limit as to the number of nominations per award.  However, one (1) nomination form must be submitted per nominee.  The same nomination cannot be submitted for multiple awards. Duplicate and incomplete nominations will not be considered.
  • Photos are not necessary for individual awards but resumes are highly encouraged.
  • Award application(s) must be submitted in single-spaced size 12 Times New Roman font and have 1-inch margins.  Please see each award application for specific page length.
  • Email submission packages should include only the Awards Cover Sheet and the completed applications for those awards that you are submitting nominations.
  • Please note that the Awards Selection Committee is not responsible for any files lost in transit and/or any files that are unreadable by the recipient.  Therefore, it is in your best interest to send your application before the final deadline to ensure receipt and readability.
