General Guidelines

  1. Register with the form below to reserve your space for Gamma Boutique. Please ensure that payment is sent for the correct amount!
  2. No refund of fees
  3. Sellers may not move out of their space prior to the closing of Gamma Boutique.

Set Up

  1. A designated space number will be assigned to Seller at convention registration.
  2. Seller must have table set up 15 minutes before Gamma Boutique starts so items can be reviewed
  3. Only two members allowed selling at booth.

Prohibited Items

Reserved spaces at Gamma Boutique are for sale of approved merchandise only.  We reserve the right to prohibit the sale of any item at any time.  By paying the applicable fees for reserving a selling space, Seller is agreeing to comply with all the Guidelines, Rules, and Regulations set forth for this event and specifically agrees not to sell, display, or advertise any of the following prohibited items:

  1. All forms of alcoholic beverages or products containing alcohol or drugs of any kind.
  2. Any item infringing on any trademark or copyright.
  3. Any items that negatively portray the sorority.
  4. Any items that reflect negatively on other organizations.
  5. All items pertaining to the PA Process (i.e. Activation shirts & Jackets)

  11. One Table per Booth is provided with the initial cost ($35.00 for Chapters/Sisters and $50 for Outside Vendors). Extra tables and use of outlets are charged extra

  18. The following information is for use in the National Convention Handbook. We will list Gamma Boutique Sellers and their items along with one photo for free. If you'd like more space and to use more photos, please purchase ad space.
  21. After you submit this form, you will be redirected to a payment page. You MUST submit payment at time of submittal or your submission will be delayed and possibly forfeited if we do not receive payment. Your space will NOT be reserved if we do not receive payment.
